Stay crystal cool in this Herkimer diamond and Topaz pendant.
This pretty pendant captures a cool blue topaz and a natural Herkimer Diamond set in a sterling silver bezel. Herkimer diamonds are sourced outside of New York in Herkimer County where they were discovered in the late 18th century. At the time there was a lot of excitement as they thought they had discovered diamonds, but it turned out they were actually quartz crystals. Because of their fine clarity to this day they are still called Herkimer Diamonds and look fabulous in jewellery.
